Jan has extensive practical experience in the field of rare/ultra-rare disease
Jan started in the pharmaceutical industry in the early 1990s and since the beginning of the early 2000’s, his focus has been in the field of orphan/ultraorphan disease. As Country Manager/General Manager, he has been involved/responsible for starting up Norwegian/Nordic commercial operations in several rare disease companies where he planned and executed commercialization strategies while building a strong scientific and commercial presence. Lately, as a consultant, specializing in market access and public affairs, Jan has been advising companies on the importance of comprehensive market access strategies with early and diverse stakeholder involvement to successfully bring new therapies to patients with unmet medical needs.
Cecilia has over 20 years of experience in commercial including executive positions in global and Swedish pharma.
Cecilia supports clients with interest in the Swedish market with launch planning, local market analysis and local market access strategies. Additionally, Cecilia supports with local customer engagement and insights. Experience from launch and life cycle management of rare disease products allow her to apply her go-to-market strategy knowledge and understanding of the rare disease health care system to add substantial value to clients.
Cecilia is well rooted in the entrepreneurial life sciences ecosystem in Sweden, actively coaching start-ups and scale-ups.
Jan-Willem is an experienced Biopharma executive with a strong track record in building top-class organizations.
Jan-Willem has worked in different commercial roles at global, regional and local level, including general management and business operations. He has been active in a broad range of therapeutic indications; for 20 years he has been working in specialty care and since 2009 in rare diseases. He has been instrumental in building successful commercial organizations

Jari is a master of market analysis, strategy, market access, lobbying, engagement with KoLs and patient organizations.
Jari has worked over 30 years in pharma industry with positions in business development, sales, marketing and general management, the last twenty years with rare diseases and specialty drugs. He has also worked in IT sector and has knowledge in patient registries and data collection from hospital health records. He has been a pioneer in supporting genetic testing programs to diagnose rare disease patients.
